How do you help inexperienced painters starting up a new project not get overwhelmed by the FOMU? (Fear of Mucking Up)
You launch a digital color wall to help potential customers better distinguish between 50 shades of white. A smart assistant helped direct novice painters to mix up their own personal colour cards based on what they liked and didn’t, what shades and tones they thought might work, and what they definitely didn’t want on their walls.
Once they had entered all of their criteria, our mixing assistant presented the DIYers with some options that met their criteria, and what colors would compliment their new colours.
We even calibrated the cards so they could hold straight to any surface instead of having to visit the store to help find the perfect match and then even order it online there and then
