FUI, the Quiz Bot

When companies rebrand they forget the most important people, their employees.

Tribal helped FWD launch its rebrand by making it a fun experience by introducing FUI – Our AI-powered, quiz-master virtual assistant, tasked with training our employees and their teams, about the new brand. What better way to train them, than introducing them to FUI who educated then quizzed our employees on the new brand positioning and guidelines and everything FWD.

To create some friendly competition and a lot of adoption we launched a global leaderboard, with the top players winning sensational prizes and a few bragging rights when it came to the annual reviews. Each office was ranked across the world, with the winning office taking home the ultimate prize for their region, the crowned brand master.

A little fun that resulted in a regional workforce that knows their new brand inside and out.
